After a hot one-night stand with her boss’ boss, Grace just can’t forget about Sebastian. Turns out he can’t either. If Sebastian wants to get a chance on taking over the family business from his grandpa, he has to show that he’s capable of having a solid relationship. He has to quit dating hot supermodels and finally settle down with the one. He gets the brilliant idea of faking a relationship and an engagement to convince his grandpa. Sebastian thinks Grace would be the perfect candidate to play the part of his fake girlfriend. And Grace just can’t refuse his offer.
Emily James has done it again. Another romcom by her hands that I loved: the concept of the story immediately caught my attention and James managed to build lovable characters in about 200 pages. I loved Grace’s relationship with Sebastian, but also with her cat. The latter made me laugh out loud from time to time and the first … well, let’s just say that it was on fire from day 1.
I already know the next book in this series, Love in Short, will be just as good. We already met the main characters of S.W.A.T. in book one and I can’t wait to get to know them better!
*I received an e-copy of this book from the author in exchange for promotion and an honest review, thank you Emily! This didn’t have any influence on my opinion on the book whatsoever.
