Autumn thought she had everything: a gorgeous stud of a boyfriend, a practical if unexciting PA job at Thorne PR, a savvy best friend, and a soon-to-be earned journalism diploma.
But things in her perfectly constructed world shift when Autumn discovers a life shattering secret.
Needing to change her life drastically Autumn meets a mysterious and sexy stranger who could be the solution to her problems.
Autumn is thrown into a luxurious new world. One that is powered by high flyers, fantasies and carnal desires. How will she escape? Or, does this new world hold the key to her own fulfilment?
Annabelle Knight’s debut novel The Endless Autumn is a sizzling, steamy and sexually sinister story of how a girl next door, unwittingly – but perhaps not unwillingly – explores the fringes of desire and release.

Review
The Endless Autumn opens with a chapter where you get to know the main character, Autumn Carter. Because of this I could immediately identify myself with her. I love books where you get to know every little thing of the main character(s), so this definitely started off just right!
There’s a secret that Autumn has to discover and it was soon clear what kind of secret it’d be. And I was right. I was kinda bummed that it was going to be such a cliche secret. In another way I also wasn’t right about the secret, but you don’t get to know that until almost at the end of the book! I’m trying not to spoil you guys on what the secret and the outcome of the secret is, so this may be a little confusing and messy hah! Knight definitely put some thought into the plot line and I absolutely loved it. When I got to know that I actually wasn’t right about the secret I read on with my chin on the ground, if you know what I mean.
The blurb made it sound that the whole book was going to be very steamy, but the actual kink didn’t really start until after about 175-200 pages into the book. That was a bit of a pity, because when the big ‘event’ of the story began I couldn’t really remember what the previous 200 pages were about. Nevertheless, I wasn’t bored once while reading the book, so that doesn’t have to be a bad thing.
All the while I was really curious about the developments of all the relationships in the story. Who would Autumn eventually end up with? Will she end up with someone at all? After finishing the book and reading other people’s thoughts on Goodreads I finally got to know why there were so many pages dedicated to Autumns background: it was because of her personality change. Throughout the story Autumn ‘grows’ as a person (although you may think not when she turns into a … “stone-cold bitch”) The most important relationship in this story is the relationship Autumn has with herself. Autumn goes through quite a lot and through the events and heartbreak she finally gets to know the real ‘Autumn’. The change she goes through is really believable. Hell, if someone would’ve done to me what happened to Autumn, I think I would be a lot worse tbh. At one point I just sat with my mouth wide open, not believing that Autumn really said “this” or actually did “that”! She becomes quite the bitch, but I totally understand (not that I approve of most of her behaviour …).
There were a lot of steamy scenes throughout the story. But because I’m not really into reading about bondage and such, I didn’t really like reading those parts. The more ‘vanilla’ (and sometimes not so ‘vanilla’ …) parts I enjoyed way more hah.
Because of the thorough personality descriptions of Autumn, you really get to know her and I think I won’t forget Autumn, David (her best and so loyal friend), and Autumn’s life choices any time soon!
