Lately I have noticed a big change in my book buying habit. Where I previously bought any book I thought I might like, I haven’t bought any books in 2018 so far. This is partly because I’m taking part in the #theunreadshelfproject2018, but also because of many other reasons. Today’s post is dedicated to those reasons!

Since my last and first update on my progress in the Rory Gilmore Reading Challenge I have read another four books! Because there are 339 books in total on the list, I still have quite some left, but I still wanted to give you guys an update on how I’m faring when it comes to reading the books Rory Gilmore reads in the TV series Gilmore Girls. I love the characters and the fact that Rory is an avid reader, like myself. I’ve seen people talking about this reading challenge inspired by the books that are featured in the show. It consists of a total of 339 books (!) and I’ve made it a personal goal to eventually read all the books on this list, mostly because a lot of the books on there are books that have been on my TBR for a long time or because I feel like I just have to read them someday.
