For years Thaddeus Beaumont has written his books under a pseudonym, George Stark. According to Thad and his wife Liz, George wasn’t “a very nice guy”, so they decide that enough is enough and from then on George Stark is no longer. But, unfortunately, this pseudonym doesn’t let them get rid of him that easily.
After reading some mixed reviews on this book, most of which said that middle part was a bit on the long side, I didn’t know what to expect. Luckily, I ended up loving it, and I really wasn’t bored once! I think The Dark Half shows once more that Stephen King can turn anything into a thrilling story. There were also enough parts that grossed me out, so that was also great – just what I’m used to when reading a King novel!
That cover is seriously creepy!
